Why Art Lessons Are Important
Over the past ten years of teaching, I have learned that creating space for "artsy" kids, either in small groups, is imperative in developing the skills they need to improve their talent.
ART is rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. ART opens the heart and mind to possibilities and fuel imagination. My goal is to support communities and the youth by expanding imagination away from the lighted screen. I'm known for collaborating with students on their college-prep portfolios, instructing new art designs and advancing skillsets for young and mature artists. ART is a natural way for communities to come together and show appreciation for city events, grand openings, and social equality.
